Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal rim dips, we generally cannot accept returns on food items once they have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of leakage, broken seals, or delivery damage.

Email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- 4.Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement shipment of the same flavor or a full refund to your original payment method.
